Rob Tanner

Founder and CEO

Rob Tanner co-founded a full-service residential and commercial real estate brokerage out of Boca Raton, Florida, Tanner Real Estate. Mr. Tanner is also the Co-Founder, Investor, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Impeccable Development. Rob grew up in the franchise world and has been an integral part of franchising and real estate development for the last 10 years.

Mr. Tanner assisted with building his family’s franchise portfolio and began working in stores at a very young age. The combination of Mr. Tanner’s franchise experience and commercial real estate experience gives him a unique advantage in negotiations and deal structure.

Mr. Tanner handles and oversees all Real Estate Transactions and Mergers and Acquisitions depart ments within the firm and sits on the Board of Directors and Real Estate Committee for the firm.

Carlos Boozer

Carlos Boozer, Co-Founder and Investor of Impeccable Development, is a former professional basketball player. The two-time NBA All-Star played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Utah Jazz, the Chicago Bulls, and the Los Angeles Lakers. As a member of Team USA, Boozer won an Olympic bronze medal at the 2004 Summer Olympics and an Olympic gold medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics.

Mr. Boozer is most excited about the team aspect of development and franchising and how it compares to sports. Mr. Boozer’s post-retirement mission is to educate athletes of all backgrounds on the importance of investing strategically and creating cash flow, long-term growth, and a legacy for generations to come. Mr. Boozer sits on the Impeccable Development Board of Directors and Real Estate Committee.

Amit Sehgal is a Co-Founder, Investor, and the Director of Operations at Impeccable Development. Mr. Sehgal has owned and managed Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) in the Mid-Atlantic region for the past 14 years. Mr. Sehgal completed his college at Monroe College, NY with degrees in Business Management and Computer Information Systems.

In addition to Mr. Sehgal’s ownership in his portfolios, he also owns ERP solutions, a consulting company providing Design, Architecture, and ongoing consulting expertise. The skill sets he acquired through his experience with these operations have contributed to massive success within his own businesses.

Mr. Sehgal has extensive experience in operating QSR operations in malls, street-side locations, commuter terminals, MTA, and freestanding drive-thru locations. Amit is a hands-on operator with great attention to detail within his operations. Amit has adopted the business discipline and stayed true to his philosophy of identifying businesses that have room for operational improvement in geographically sound areas.

Mr. Sehgal oversees day-to-day operations across all of the firm’s franchise holdings and sits on the Impeccable Board and Real Estate committee.

Dr. Postal, Co-Founder and Investor of Impeccable Development is a businessman and entrepreneur who brings extensive business acumen and significant capital to the group.

Dr. Postal began his career graduating from Temple University Dental School with a DMD degree. Upon moving to South Florida, he grew his practice to include 7 offices under the umbrella of Craniofacial Pain Diagnostics, of which he was CEO and Founder for 13+ years.

Following, Dr. Postal’s success in dentistry he founded and invested in numerous other business ventures including but not limited to Sportacular Art, Postal Consulting Services, Datastream Card Services, Capstone Companies (CAPC), Nature’s Sleep LLC, Ghostbed LLC, Postal Family Trust, Keith Saint Germain (KSGNF LLC), all of which have been tremendous successes. Dr. Postal sits on the Impeccable Development Real Estate committee and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the firm.

Dan Hernandez

Dan Hernandez joined Impeccable Development in October 2021 and currently serves as Vice President of Development. His responsibilities include managing the development process which includes but is not limited to, market and site identification/evaluation, lease negotiations, purchase contract negotiations, rezoning/entitlements, deal structuring, and underwriting. Prior to Dan’s position with Impeccable, he was Vice President of Tanner Real Estate.

Dan is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida & North Carolina and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.

Aryeh Meiteles

Aryeh Meiteles is the newly appointed President of Capital Markets at Impeccable Development, a leading force in real estate development. With a distinguished career spanning over 12 years, Aryeh brings a wealth of experience in capital raising, investment strategy, and financial structuring to the role.

Aryeh is responsible for overseeing the company’s capital markets activities, including debt and equity financing, investor relations, and strategic financial planning. Leveraging a robust network of institutional investors, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals, Aryeh drives the firm’s efforts to secure and optimize funding for large-scale real estate projects.

Prior to joining Impeccable Development, Aryeh held senior roles at BDIM Capital and Meridian Capital Group where he successfully led numerous transactions involving commercial and residential developments. His expertise in market analysis, risk management, and capital allocation has consistently delivered exceptional results and facilitated the growth of high-value portfolios.

Aryeh holds a BBA from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business and resides in Boca Raton, FL with his wife and four children.

Under Aryeh’s leadership, impeccable Development is poised to further strengthen its position in the market, drive innovation in real estate finance, and achieve new milestones in development success.

Jon Reissman is President of Construction for Impeccable Development. Mr. Reissman is responsible for leading all Construction efforts for Impeccable Development and its subsidiaries and providing strategic advice to the executive team for Impeccable’s development portfolio.

Mr. Reissman brings over 3 decades of experience in construction and real estate development, having successfully managed the construction of over 10 million square feet in all asset classes, including high-rise commercial office and residential buildings, academic institutions, and retail centers. Prior to joining Impeccable Development in 2024, Mr. Reissman served as construction executive of several major construction projects throughout the New York Metro area, which included Viacom International Headquarters, Sony Headquarters and Studios, New York Community Bank Headquarters and branch expansion, and Hudson Yards.

Mr. Reissman’s established track record of leading multiple large-scale projects from inception to completion, in addition to his developed relationships with state and local municipalities, and experience with selecting and procuring bulk commodities, and negotiating and managing various contracts and teams, provides the perfect versatility to aide in the overall success and goals of the company.

Troy Postal joined Impeccable Development as In-house Counsel in 2021. Troy grew up in South Florida and attended Northeastern University in Boston as an undergraduate and graduated from the University of Miami Law School in 2018. His experience at Green Thumb Industries, identifying locations and pursuing strategic developments enriched his desire to work in the field of real estate law. Troy is now based in Boston and is a member of the Massachusetts and North Carolina Bar Associations.

A native Floridian, Jared fell in love with community work when he was just a small child. Inspired by his family’s charity work, Jared quickly developed a deep passion for helping others who were in need. This resolve stuck with him through college and through his work at Green Thumb Industries, where his key duties included Community and Patient Outreach.

At Impeccable, Jared focuses on the marketing and opening of Impeccable Brands’ operations, while also running Impeccable Development’s social media pages. From coordinating with the specific brands to scheduling ribbon cutting ceremonies with the different Chamber of Commerce’s to creating content for our social media accounts, Jared has his hands in each and every aspect of Impeccable Brand’s marketing.

For the past five years, I’ve served as the accounting and finance lead for Impeccable Brands, where I’ve played a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining the company’s financial infrastructure. From setting up robust accounting systems to streamlining budgeting and reporting processes, I’ve helped ensure financial clarity and operational efficiency across multiple business units. My work has included everything from managing day-to-day bookkeeping and cash flow analysis to preparing financial statements and supporting strategic planning initiatives.

Beyond the numbers, I’ve been deeply involved in employee training and development, equipping team members with the financial literacy and tools they need to succeed. I’ve designed and led workshops on budgeting, expense tracking, and financial compliance, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency. My approach blends technical expertise with a collaborative mindset, helping Impeccable Brands grow with confidence and financial discipline.

Phillip grew up in Boston, which influenced his deep interest in the science & business of healthcare. After working briefly at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, he went on to Co-found Vie. Science, a groundbreaking fertility digital therapeutics company. He is also an avid Texas Longhorns fan where he is currently pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering.

Phillip brings an advanced understanding of data science to Impeccable, which he combines with traditional real estate financing to put forward sound financial underwriting and one-of-a-kind innovations to Impeccable’s data-driven real estate development platform.

Kevin Sanders

Kevin Sanders

Development Manager

Kevin brings over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. His expertise in site design, permitting, and entitlements enhances Impeccable’s in-house capabilities and supports our growing development pipeline.

In his role, Kevin oversees site pre-design, permitting and entitlements, consultant coordination, construction consulting and overall project management. His deep knowledge of site layout and development strategy will be instrumental in expanding Impeccable’s project portfolio.

Before joining Impeccable, Kevin held senior leadership positions at national architecture and engineering firms, where he led the design and permitting of numerous commercial sites across the U.S. He also operated his own commercial real estate consulting practice where he helped development companies on a host of commercial real estate projects.

Kevin is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and plays a key role in strengthening Impeccable’s internal oversight and strategic development efforts.

Real Estate Acquisition Manager

Tyler Hutton serves as a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager at Impeccable Development, where he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing investment opportunities across commercial real estate assets. His role focuses on evaluating acquisition opportunities, structuring transactions, and assisting with coordinating debt and equity financing to support the firm’s development and investment strategies.

Prior to joining Impeccable Development, Tyler held crucial roles in real estate development and capital markets, where he represented sponsors in the management of assets (retail, multifamily and self-storage), financings, and dispositions. His experience includes structuring GP/LP partnerships, optimizing capital stacks, negotiating financial instruments, and advising on tax implications.
Tyler began his career in tax and corporate advisory roles at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, Fenwick & West LLP, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he advised institutional clients on complex financings, acquisitions, and investment structures. He brings a deep understanding of tax, legal, and financial considerations that inform disciplined underwriting and risk-adjusted decision making.

Tyler holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, a Juris Doctor (JD) / MBA from the University of Memphis, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder. He is admitted to practice law in New York, Tennessee, and Texas.

Ali Scholze has joined Impeccable Development as the new Vice President of Administration and Executive Assistant to Robert Tanner, CEO. With over a decade of experience in executive support and administrative management, Ali brings a wealth of expertise in optimizing operational efficiency and facilitating high-level executive functions.

In this pivotal role, Ali will oversee administrative operations, manage Rob Tanner’s complex schedule, and coordinate key projects and communications across the organization. Her role is critical in ensuring that the administrative aspects of the business are handled with precision, enabling seamless support for Impeccable Development’s strategic initiatives.

Before joining Impeccable Development, Ali excelled in executive roles at Fontainebleau Development, where she managed high-stakes schedules, coordinated detailed travel arrangements, and provided comprehensive support to top executives. Her extensive background in administrative support, combined with a proactive and meticulous approach, has consistently enhanced organizational effectiveness and executive productivity.

Ali brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and exceptional organizational skills to her new position. She is dedicated to driving administrative excellence and supporting Impeccable Development’s continued success and growth.

Chase Umbenhouer is the Controller at Impeccable Development, bringing 13 years of accounting expertise, including six years focused on real estate development. He has a track record of driving financial efficiency and clarity, having implemented over 20 ERP systems, streamlined processes like AP automation, and established compliance frameworks from the ground up.

Chase has provided financial leadership on several $100+ million projects, ensuring accuracy at every stage and equipping ownership and investors with the insights they need to make informed, confident decisions. Known for building and leading high-performing teams—including senior project controllers, senior project accountants, senior accountants, and reporting managers—he fosters collaboration, accountability, and results.

He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and in Financial Valuation & Investments, along with a BA in Economics with a Business Emphasis. Chase’s approach is rooted in understanding every facet of a project, connecting the details to the bigger picture so financial strategies support long-term success.

Wanting to pursue entrepreneurship, this pushed him to create the goal to pursue his dreams and become a real estate agent at a young age.

Being a very hard-working individual, Gabriel prides himself on going above and beyond to guarantee that everything has been executed for the best interest of his clients. Very outgoing and charismatic, relationships with Gabriel are refreshing and enjoyable, and can be carried onto the future. Gabriel cherishes his relationship with his clients and truly enjoys helping people, seeing the happiness that this process brings to many, this is one of the main driving forces of why he pursued real estate.

A trait that differentiates him from others is that he is driven and determined to do his best in anything that he does. During his free time, Gabriel enjoys playing basketball which he has played all his life, going to the gym, spending time with family, watching movies and tv shows, and spending time with his dog. His sales experience has helped him garner success across multiple industries. He has always had a drive and dire to help others succeed. When not in the office, you can usually find him in the gym, listening to personal development t or practicing Jiu Jitsu.

He is results-driven and very goal-oriented, striving to deliver more than promises to his clients. Before joining Impeccable Development, Riley worked as a branch/operations manager for his last company and helped oversee the ongoing expansion across South Florida.

Before joining Impeccable, she helped lead ERP migrations and built dashboards that gave leadership real-time visibility into performance. She has managed multi-state projects, vendor relationships, and company-wide system upgrades. Her focus in financial forecasting and contract management helps to ensure every detail supports the larger picture.

Curious by nature and detail-driven by habit, Kimber enjoys finding smarter, simpler ways to keep projects on track and teams moving in the same direction.

Tai Hart

Tai Hart supports Impeccable’s rapidly growing construction and development operations. Since joining the team, Tai has become an integral part of day-to-day project execution and strategic planning support.

Her role includes managing the calendars and meetings, monitoring construction schedules to assist with timely material ordering, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely responses and smooth communication. Tai is actively involved in supporting the AIA draw process and contract preparation and will play a key role in helping implement new construction software to improve team reporting and project visibility.

With a proactive mindset and a strong ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, Tai is positioned to grow into a seasoned construction and development asset as Impeccable continues its trajectory of explosive growth.

Alan is a native Floridian, raised in Boca Raton and currently residing in Fort Lauderdale. As a CPA, Alan has a passion for providing consulting services to clients to help them better understand their personal and business financial situation and maximize tax savings. Alan worked over eight years at a national CPA firm before starting his own practice in 2015.

Alan is a proud undergraduate alumnus of Florida State University and received a Master’s in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. Alan is a Board Member of the Children’s Bereavement Center, Inc. and also the Joyce M Howden Foundation, Inc. Alan enjoys spending time with his wife and two amazing daughters. He also loves the outdoors and enjoys fishing and hiking

By staying up to date with industry trends and regulations, Jana ensures her clients receive accurate advice to make informed and timely financial decisions.

Jana currently resides in Boca Raton with her husband and goldendoodle. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, attending concerts, traveling, or planning her next vacation.
